Master Tree Inventory and Maintenance Plan

To ensure the preservation and continued health of our community’s trees, the Board hired Coastal Plant Care to develop a comprehensive Master Tree Inventory and Plan. This initiative is designed to maintain the beauty of our treescape and safeguard our green assets for the future.

Tree Inventory Overview

The NG 2021 Master Tree Inventory documents a total of 1,746 trees, detailing their locations and condition throughout both common and limited common areas. This inventory serves as a foundation for ongoing maintenance and planning efforts, helping us protect and enhance the natural landscape that contributes so much to the charm of our community.

Maintenance and Renewal Strategies

As part of the plan, some trees that have been removed will be replaced with new plantings, while others will undergo pruning or fertilization. These activities are carried out under the careful supervision of community volunteer Wayne Von Stetten, ensuring that all work supports the health and longevity of our treescape.
