Scheduling Clubhouse Events
For residents planning to use the clubhouse for regular meetings, activities, or events, it is essential to contact the Clubhouse Chairperson (Karla Sellers – kysellers@comcast.net in advance to confirm availability and avoid scheduling conflicts. The calendar helps ensure smooth coordination and optimal use of the clubhouse facilities.
Accommodating Last-Minute Meetings
Occasionally, meetings may be organized at short notice. In such cases, it is possible to find an alternative space within the clubhouse to accommodate these gatherings. However, it is important to recognize that regularly scheduled events take precedence over impromptu meetings.
Suppose a regularly scheduled event must change its day at the last minute. In that case, organizers are responsible for locating a quiet area within the clubhouse to avoid disrupting other groups and maintaining an enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Guidelines for Private Events
