Access Cards & Fobs

Each household receives two white access cards from the HOA at no cost immediately following settlement. The access cards have two purposes. First, to gain entrance at the front resident gate, and secondly, to gain entrance to amenities, the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Swimming Pool.
Entering the Community at the Resident Gate
- You may use your access card to swipe the card reader located on the column in front of the yellow pole at the Resident Entrance Gate.
- OR you may enter by clicking an access keychain fob.
Many residents prefer the keychain fob for its convenience. The fob allows for easy entry through the Resident Gate with a simple click, which is especially helpful in inclement weather as it eliminates the need to open your car window.
Entering the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Pool Area
- To enter the front door of the Clubhouse, swipe the card reader to the right of the second set of double doors. To enter the Clubhouse side door (pool side), the card reader is to the right of the door.
- The card reader is to the left of the Fitness Center door.
- The Pool Area is accessed by swiping the card on the card reader to the left of the pool gate entrance.
Distribution and Replacement of Access Cards
Each household is permitted a maximum of two cards and two fobs. If any access card or fob is lost or damaged, the homeowner is responsible for replacing it. To purchase a new fob, replace a card, or obtain an additional device, payment can be submitted in one of three ways:
- by mailing your check to the HPS Management Office,
- delivering it in person with an appointment on Tuesdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, (302-227-7878) or
- dropping it into the office’s door mail slot. The office is located at 20184 Coastal Hwy, Rehoboth, DE 19971. Checks should be made payable to Nassau Grove HOA for $40 for a fob or $30 for a card. If you are replacing a card or fob, please include the device number to be replaced in the check memo line.
Once payment is received, community volunteers are notified. They will initialize the card or fob and arrange for delivery or pick-up. For assistance, you may contact the current volunteers: Neil Garefino: neil-g@comcast.net 302-703-6296; Cam Wentzel: cam.wentzel@comcast.net 484-268-6606.
