Community Gas Grill Use
BBQ & Gas Grills Usage Guidelines
All gas grills must be placed on a deck, patio, or pavers or cement bases located off the deck. Grills should be positioned near the deck area to ensure lawn mowing and other maintenance activities are not obstructed.
Barbecue grills may be temporarily used on the driveway for cooking. However, grills may not be stored on the driveway once use is complete.
Community Gas Grill Usage
The community grill, available for homeowners’ and tenants’ use, requires a $100 deposit payable to NG HOA and must be used exclusively on the clubhouse patio. The following are instructions on Reserving the Grill and Guidelines for Use.
- To reserve the grill, a homeowner must submit the Clubhouse Use Application.
- The grill must be cleaned after each use. Failure to clean the grill will result in the deposit not being returned.
- The Clubhouse Manager, Clubhouse Use Facilitator, Board Member, or other designated person will unlock the grill for the specified reservation time and ensure the grill is clean before use.
- After use, the Clubhouse Manager, Clubhouse Use Facilitator, Board Member, or another designated person will check the grill to ensure it is clean, undamaged, and works properly, and lock the grill.
- The deposit check will be returned once #5 has been completed.
- If the grill sustains damage attributable to the homeowner or tenant, the homeowner shall be responsible for covering any costs of repair or replacement exceeding the deposit amount previously paid.
