Clubhouse Use, & Guidelines

The Clubhouse serves as the hub of social life in Nassau Grove. Homeowners enjoy a variety of activities, including playing cards, pool, ping pong, Mah Jong, and board games. The Clubhouse also hosts regular meetings for volunteer groups, while the Book Club convenes to discuss the latest bestsellers. Additionally, crafters utilize the space to work on their current projects.
Residents can participate in holiday and seasonal parties organized at the Clubhouse. If a homeowner wishes to host a special family event—such as a reunion, wedding shower, baby shower, or birthday party—where the primary guests are non-homeowners, prior approval from the HOA Board is required. This process ensures that the event’s timing and guest count do not place an excessive burden on the facilities. In these cases, a Clubhouse Application and a deposit must be submitted.
The Clubhouse is open daily from 5:00 AM to midnight. All minors under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while in the facility. Homeowners are responsible for the behavior of their family members and guests at all times.
Access to the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and pool is available to all residents who have completed two key steps: first, each resident must establish a user account on the Nassau Grove website; second, each resident must review the Facilities Use Rules and Guidelines posted on the NG website and sign the Facilities Use and Liability Waiver. One homeowner from each unit must complete the waiver before the homeowner(s), their guests, or tenants are permitted to use the facilities. A new waiver is only required if the Board of Directors changes the rules for any amenity.
For any questions regarding the use of Clubhouse facilities—including the fitness room, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, the community gas grill, or the facilities use and violation process—residents should refer to the Facilities Use Rules and Guidelines. Please note that key card access to the pool and/or Clubhouse may be deactivated if residents violate the rules of these amenities.
Contact Regina Martone, Community Manager, HPS Management, at (302) 227-7878, ext. 132, to report vandalism of the clubhouse, pool, pool property, or any other amenities, which may lead to fines and denial of access and use. The Property Manager will assess the reported incident to determine whether a violation has occurred. Note: data from the key card access system and surveillance cameras in use in and around the clubhouse and pool area will be used to support the finding of a rule violation.
Reminders About Using the Clubhouse

2) Never leave alcohol on the premises, as underage individuals may be present without supervision.
3) Allow ample time to exit the building before midnight, when the facility closes.
4) Respect the property and its contents, as the Clubhouse belongs to the entire Nassau Grove community.
