Website Menus

Contact Information & Directory – This section features the names and contact details for all residents (Resident Directory), as well as information for board members, the HPS manager, current committee chairpersons, and group hosts. If you wish to join an afternoon activity, you can find hosts for the Activities, Events, and Services here. For questions about your Nassau Grove web account or the website itself, submit a ticket under the Website topic or locate the webmaster’s email address. If you are searching for Plots and Plans, these are available under the Property Information menu along with other maps.

Community Calendar – Stay up to date on community happenings by viewing the calendar for each day of the current month. Guidelines for using the calendar and contact information for calendar coordinators are included.

Activities, Events and Services Groups – Each group is described in an engaging way, and you can find information on how to contact their leaders.

Committees & Groups – The main page for this section outlines each committee or group’s mission and members. Committees and groups are listed alphabetically, with five being moved to the new Permission Needed menu. Subgroup duties are described under their respective groups, which is a new feature.

Permission Needed – Permission is required in the following five situations: Architectural Changes, Landscape Changes, Changes to the Irrigation System (including any digging for architectural or landscape changes), Clubhouse Use, or Renting your home.

For each case, you will find the relevant rules or guidelines specific to that committee or group. Required applications or approval forms are also found in the submenu. Everything you need is conveniently located in one menu.

  • Remember: the rules and guidelines listed should not be assumed to be the only ones that apply to a particular group. Residents are responsible for knowing and understanding all rules and guidelines.

Community Information – This section contains submenus for topics of general interest to the community, including items not covered within group information. Some information may appear on other website pages, such as the Monthly Contractor’s Codes, which are also available on the Member Only Home Page. This area serves as a quick reference for frequently requested topics.

The following two menu items are closely related: Service Provided with Your Dues and Homeowner’s (Residents’) Responsibilities. These sections offer guidance on homeowner’s insurance requirements and paying dues, as well as an impressive list of services included with your dues.

Property Information – Here you will find definitions of Common and Limited Common Property, all available maps (including the original RT 1 project rendition, with more maps to be added as completed), explanations of pipestems, and the plot and plan for each homeowner.

Rules and Guidelines – If you wish to review the rules, this is the place to visit. While rules are included with their relevant topics, this section provides easy access to all rules in one location.

Quick Reference Guide – This guide helps you locate emergency contacts, utilities, dining options, recreational activities, information about the local area, and more—everything you can do outside the front gate of Nassau Grove.

Governance & Finance – This section provides information about the HOA Board, governing documents, homeowners’ meetings, HOA financials, and relevant State and Local government details.
