Semi-Annual Yard and Garden Waste Dumpsters

Semi-annually, the BOD  arranges for yard and garden waste dumpsters to be placed in the Clubhouse Parking Lot for the exclusive use by the NG residents. Remember: when using the dumpsters, fill them from the back to the front and compress items to use space most efficiently.  No plastic bags or pots may be discarded in the yard waste dumpster.

Rule #6 of Governance, Rules & Penalties, states that no yard waste is allowed in the Clubhouse Dumpsters throughout the year.  Residents’ opportunity to dispose of yard waste is for two weeks, one in the Spring and the other in late fall.
