GOVERNANCE, RULES, and GUIDELINES
Rule 1. Committee and Group Membership.
- The Council may appoint Committee or Group members each January.
- Members serve at the pleasure of the Council.
- Committee Members must be Unit Owners as defined in Declaration, Section 2(x), and the total number of serving Members is limited to five (5) people, the same as the Council.
- Group Members must be residents but do not have to be Unit Owners.

Rule 1. Penalty.

Rule 2. Committee and Group Policies and Procedures.
- Each Committee and Group will review their policies and operating procedures every year. Should the results of the review require changes, they are to be submitted to the Council by March 31 for approval by Council.
