Paying Your HOA Dues

The Nassau Grove HOA Fees are due quarterly (Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1, and Oct 1) and are collected by HPS Management. Statements are mailed three weeks prior to the due date. Payments received more than 30 days late are subject to late-payment penalties under our association’s governing documents.

There are several ways to pay the dues.

  • Login or Register for an Account:
  • Once you are logged in, click “Pay Now” from the navigation menu.
  • You can make a “One-Time Payment” or “Recurring Payment.”
  • If making a one-time payment, complete the information on the left-hand side of the page. If setting up a Recurring Payment, select “New Recurring Payment” on the right-hand side of the page.

It is important to send your payment to the lockbox address, not to our local HPS office. Please do not send correspondence to the payment address. A lockbox is a service in which a financial institution assumes responsibility for processing payments mailed to a designated Post Office Box. This service is ideal for processing homeowner association assessments because it reduces internal processing/handling costs, saving us money.
