Homeowner’s Responsibilities for Family, Guests and Visitors and Tenants
To ensure all homeowners and guests can enjoy the clubhouse and all other facilities, everyone is required to be considerate of each other and always behave in an acceptable and courteous manner.
Homeowners are responsible for knowing the Facilities Use Rules and Guidelines and providing them to family, guests, and tenants.
Homeowners are liable for any violations of these rules and guidelines and any damages that may be caused by the same.
Horseplay, profanity, loud music, or other activities that offend or interfere with the enjoyment of others are not permitted.
If you are a homeowner that rents or leases your home, you are responsible for notifying tenants that they must assess the needs and abilities of household members, family, and guests and advise them on the level of supervision required for them to remain safe and compliant with the Facilities Use & Liability Waiver form when using common element facilities. Homeowners must also notify tenants that anyone under 14 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the clubhouse, pool or fitness room.
Reminder, homeowners, their guests, and their tenants, if applicable, are asked to read and abide by the following:
- Facilities Use & Liability Waiver form
- Facilities Use and Guidelines, including
- Fitness Room Rules
- Pool Rules
- Tennis/Pickleball Court Rules
- Use of Community Gas Grill
