Aero Energy is a provider of propane, fuel oil, HVAC, and commercial fuel services in the Mid-Atlantic region, with its headquarters located in New Oxford, PA. The company supplies propane fuel to Nassau Grove and holds a contract with the Homeowners Association (HOA) that covers the entire community. Residents’ propane usage is tracked using individual meters, and monthly billing is based on each household’s consumption.

Contract Renewal and Pricing Information

Each year at the end of May, the contract between Aero Energy and Nassau Grove is renewed. Residents receive updates in the News Digest about the new negotiated price per gallon for the upcoming year. They have until Labor Day to contact Aero Energy and accept the newly negotiated rate. If a resident decides not to accept the rate-lock price, their propane costs will instead be determined by the prevailing market rate.
