Tidewater Utilities, Inc. (Tidewater), together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Southern Shores, provides water services to approximately 60,000 retail customers in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, Delaware.

Tidewater has a stringent water quality monitoring and testing program to ensure drinking water meets and consistently exceeds state and federal water quality standards. The Company provides customers with information on its water quality results through Annual Water Quality Reports
