Pool Rules
NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY — USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Surveillance cameras are in use in and around the clubhouse and pool area.
Please share these pool rules with guests and tenants. Failure to comply with all the information listed below and signage posted in the pool area will result in the initiation of violation proceedings. Violations should be reported to Regina Martone at regina.martone@hpsmanagement.com or 302-227-7878, ext. 132. Homeowners are held liable for any violations of these rules and any damage resulting from the violations.
Homeowners are responsible for knowing these pool rules and providing copies to guests and tenants. One homeowner from each unit must submit the Facilities Use & Liability Waiver form on the Nassau Grove website before residents or guests of a unit may use the pool.
