Welcome to Nassau Grove

Nassau Grove is a resort looking gated Homeowners Association (HOA) community located just west of Route 1 in Lewes, Delaware with convenient access to area amenities including beaches, parks and shopping in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Nassau Grove is a non-age restricted community that welcomes children and pets and offers a wide variety of home styles, amenities and activities.

HOA dues include the clubhouse which offers a unique lineup of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, billiards, ping pong, theater room and library providing fun and relaxation while the card room provides an ideal place for cards and board games as well as a gathering place for arts and crafts enthusiasts. Outdoors, residents keep busy with the large sparkling swimming pool, bocce ball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and horseshoes, walking trails around scenic ponds with fountains and waterfalls, and the adjacent Georgetown-Lewes Bike Trail make it the perfect community!. For dog owners, dog waste receptacles are available in common areas. 

The community offers a variety of house styles, all with full basements and first floor master suites. All homes in Nassau Grove are detached single-family homes. Homeowners' Association dues in Nassau Grove includes all lawn care, mulching of front landscaping, irrigation, weekly trash pick-up, bi-weekly recycling pickup, snow removal, and use of all facilities.

HOA Mission: Our mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Declarations and By-Laws. As representatives of the homeowners, we, the HOA Board of Directors, take an ethical and objective approach in representing their interests. Committees and groups support initiatives that strengthen resident bonds and will take necessary actions to maintain a safe, friendly and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood in which to live. In fulfilling our mission and achieving their vision, the members of the Board, committees and groups value honesty, fairness, firmness, equity, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation, and neighborliness in all their actions.
